I rarely put "very good" on a survey because I think there is nearly always room for improvement, but in Dr. Kroeker and assistant handling of me during my surgery could not have been better. Both were professional and courteous at all times, while keeping the overall "feel" of the room casual. This helped me remain calm and relaxed during my procedure.
